Everything, as soon as we arrived we were made to feel so welcome. It was all the little touches that made it so special. Kim and Tim made us feel like friends and are the perfect hosts. It is a lovely remote property and it was a clear night whilst we were there and managed to see a shooting star. It’s great for anyone interested in astronomy as there is no light bleed. The rooms are extremely spacious and has everything you need, a home from home! This is a perfect stay if you want to get away from it all.

Lovely room with fantastic views. The bed was very comfortable, bathroom and shower great. Wi-Fi available, tea and coffee and large TV in the room. The cooked breakfast was delicious. Kim and Tim were very welcoming. We had a great stay here and would highly recommend it.

Breakfast choices excellent and well prepared delicious, and plentiful. The dining room has a lovely outlook, as does the very comfy bedrooms.

The location is peaceful and beautiful, in the middle of deep countryside. Tim and Kim were absolutely delightful, the house is spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was excellent.

Everything was very, very good. I'm sure you couldn't do better in Tiverton. It was wonderfully quiet at night with only the occasional quiet bleat from the sheep.

Absolutely lovely.Kim was the nicest lady you could ever meet.The place was beautiful.Kim couldn't be more helpful.I can't recommend this highly enough.We arranged for 1 night on our way to Newquay but we would have loved to say longer Thank you Kim for looking after us so well.Pat and Ian
