Beautiful location and great little cabin. Very kind and accommodating staff. They spoke Swedish, Dutch and English to us. Comfortable beds and kitchen and living area are just right. The view from the cabin is nice and free from other cabins. The lake is a very small walk away and is very peaceful. There are accessible walking routes right from the entrance and of course Tividen National Park is a 15 minute drive away for beautiful hikes.

Nestled right by the lake, the setting was nothing short of idyllic, with serene views that instantly made you feel at peace. One of the highlights of the stay was the wood-oven sauna located right on the shore. The warmth of the sauna, combined with the refreshing lake breeze and the option to plunge into the cool waters after a session, made for a perfect Scandinavian experience. Afterward, lounging in the comfortable chairs and sunbeds by the lake was the perfect way to relax and take in the breathtaking scenery. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent hiking tips for the nearby natural park. The trails were well-marked and offered a variety of landscapes, from dense forests to scenic overlooks. It was the perfect way to explore Sweden's natural beauty. Overall, this resort offers the perfect combination of relaxation, nature, and adventure. If you're looking for a tranquil lakeside escape with authentic Swedish touches, this is the place to be!

This a small but perfectly formed resort with 7 self catering cabins and 2 B&B rooms. We stayed in a cabin which was very comfortable and, like them all, surrounded by the forest and well spaced out. There’s a small cafe/restaurant which does breakfast and a set dinner. The hosts are charming. The cabins are a very short walk to the lake which is delightful for swimming. There’s a sauna too and you can rent capes, a rowing boat and bikes. It is very quiet right in the heart of beautiful nature. The wonderful Tivedens national park with its boundless lakes and hiking trails. A true wilderness.

Good location for going hiking in Tiveden.. and if the weather is good then there's a nice grill area, sauna to book, seats by the lake..

We loved the setting, several huts in a natural environment. Very quiet area, lovely and very well equiped hut. The living room & kitchen is spacious and cosy.
