The personnel (especially Maria) were very helpful and welcoming. The room was big, clean, and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The sauna and steam room were OK.

The staff was INCREDIBLE. So friendly and helpful. I ended up getting a massage, eating at the restaurant AND visiting an alpine sled/Gondola ride all bc of their recommendations. Was awesome!

Amazing hotel! The staff is exceptional and super nice. They helped us with every request and went above and beyond. The hotel is very close to Porto Montenegro which has nice restaurants and marina. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is excellent. We will be back for sure :)

the Hotel was aesthetically pleasing and the spa was very pretty. the waitress we met at breakfast, an older lady was absolutely fabulous and hospitable and knowledgeable. the rooms were clean on entry. breakfast had a great selection of foods and offered made to order elements which were good.

Excellent location. Exceptional service of professional and friendly staff that couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Every detail from overall design of the hotel, facilities, and quality food down to the smallest details, are part of this excellent experience. Just a pity we couldn't stay longer.
