“Great German Gasthaus experience. Much better than a big hotel!”

We messed up on our reservation and the owner was SUPER accommodating - above and beyond. Our rooms were super comfortable and both had a balcony with a great view. Outside of town, so super quiet and you can hike the Black Forest directly from the hotel and still have a close drive to Feldberg, Titisee, Triberg, etc. Breakfast was a standard German buffet and everything was excellent. We were surprised to arrive at the hotel in the evening and see lots of local cars in the parking lot, but realized it was for the great dinner. Inexpensive and fantastic!

Lovely location in the hills outside Titisee, excellent restaurant, both for evening meals and continental breakfast. All staff very friendly and helpful, location very bike friendly

Hosts were lovley. Allowed me to park my motorcycle in a dry shelter/garage. Room was comfortable, facilities were in place, quiet location and nice breakfast. Had a nice selction of food for evening meal.
