The villa is spacious with three en suite bedrooms, 2 great communal areas, and a wonderful infinity pool that overlooks a stunning lake. The birdlife is plentiful and fascinating. The villa could do with a refresh in most areas. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The property manager was very helpful prior to our arrival. Arranged transport for us with a local company at reasonable rates and with a good driver. There aren't really any restaurants near the accommodation so it is worth booking the BBQ with them, for Sri Lankan prices it was quite expensive but for most tourists it will be relatively cheap, The pool was lovely.
