We booked the fan and no ac room without realising but we asked for the ac remote and was given it, although at a charge. We booked the safari through the hotel and had a fab time - 19,000 rupees each which was good value but we were sold a private safari but there ended up being 4 extra people. The location is good for a few restaurants close by and the room was comfortable!

Its very good place where to stay if you are not too picky. The room you get for that value is nice. Also they are very keen to give you the best safari experience. We saw 3 lepords.

Very kind personal. The room was big enough and the washroom totally clean. Nice balcony with chairs and tables to seat and enjoy the view. The pool was clean and perfect to enjoy the sun

The owner is nice, he arranged a shared safari with their own staff's jeep. They have a small pool to refresh and bath on a hot day. Only stayed one night to do the safari. Clean bathroom, towel included.

I liked to the view that infront of our room and it's a paddy. Thereafter the swimming pool. That was marvellous that size, water , view in the evening was really relaxing the mind of us.

A wonderful Host, the service and breakfast was always more then we could eat. we became ideas where to go and what to see, very helpful. We only can recommend this place.

The owner and his wife were wonderful to us. We were supported with everything we needed. They arranged the safari at Yala and had a drive for us. Due to no one else booking it was a private tour. He also arranged a car for our onward journey. Ebets wife made us a wonderful home cooked Sri Lankan dinner that was sublime with fresh ingredients. It is important to say that the facilities are not what one might discribe as modern but the price reflects that. Considering everything I would highly recommend this accommodation. For sure ask for a high room and get the views of the rice fields which were being harvested during our end of August stay.
