The property is very quiet and has a lot of entertainment facilities. It is very clean and the property is very well taken care of. The pool area is very nice and there are a lot of sun beds and umbrellas available.

Excellent location, close enough to the sea (with beautiful sandy beaches) as well as great for trips around the region (Livorno, Pisa & Lucca etc.). Fantastic resort, comfortable apartment with equipment as described. Swimming pool with very good infrastructure. Wonderful food, wine, music & fireworks events organized by very kind and helpful staff.

Spacious appartment, comfortable bed, new spacious bathroom. Beautiful complex in the nature, quiet place, ideal for a vacation with the dog and family, no noise from the street or cars. Very helpfull staff.

I had a delightful stay at this charming agritourism spot. The location is beautiful, nestled in a serene area that’s perfect for relaxation. Although it's a 40-minute walk to the beach, the journey is worth it, as the landscape is stunning. The owner was incredibly helpful, always available to answer questions or offer assistance. This place is ideal for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy some peace and quiet in a picturesque setting
