Big room, comfy bed, clean bedsheets & towels. Nice bathroom with constant hot shower. Buffet continental breakfast, delicious three course set meal for lunch & dinner bcoz I’ve opted for full board. Best of all are the staff from the reception, the room cleaning ladies, the waiters & waitresses, and all the expert chefs. They are all friendly & helpful.

It was very comfortable the decoration and the facilities were great and the stuff very helpful and nice also it was very quiet and relaxing .

Location is very good, close to city center. I did like the rooms, quite spacious, rooms were clean.

The staff for me most of them were priceless and very kind and they definitely tried hard to help . The room was nicely cleaned . The food was o- Kay not bad but good . And I can’t say about the spa as I did not went there to use it at all . Overall I think is proper 4 star hotel that’s all .

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the polite and professional staff, who went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. A special mention goes to the receptionist, Joni, whose hospitality and genuine kindness made a lasting impression. Joni was incredibly attentive, ensuring my check-in process was smooth and offering helpful recommendations for nearby attractions and dining options. They always greeted me with a smile, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The hotel itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail in both the service and the ambiance truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a pleasant experience. Thank you, Joni, and the entire team for making my visit so memorable. I look forward to staying here again!
