I had an incredible stay at this apartment! The location is unbeatable, offering easy access to everything you could possibly need. Whether it’s dining, shopping, or just enjoying the local vibe, it’s all right at your doorstep. What truly made my experience exceptional was Jorida, the head of staff. Her attention to detail, warmth, and dedication to ensuring guests feel welcome is unmatched. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and handled every request with a smile. Very well located, in a rather new development, having nice entrance and elevator (the latter item is a rarity if one wants to stay in the Blloku area in the heart of the city, where usually there are old buildings, poorly maintained, even if the offer of accommodation is vast and apartments are renovated, the buildings are terrible). The Rooms are actually a business, having several types of rooms. They are very digitalised when it comes to reservation, payment and communication, which is quite interesting and special, compared to my several other previous experiences in Tirana, when only cash payment was accepted and in one case I had a fight with the owner not even wanting to issue an invoice to me, and that despite several interventions from Booking (tax evasion at its highest). Human interaction goes well through a whatsapp number you are provided with, alongside detailed instructions, once you reserve. So, even if you do not see anyone during your stay, you have access to staff. Actually, at the same locations, they have offices around, but I did not go there (I saw a sign on the outside wall at the entrance). They accommodate some special requests, like in my case, when I asked for a kettle and tea cups.

Very nice and comfortable apartment, clean and with all necessary equipment included and two bathrooms. Lots of wardrobes, TV with all popular services (Netflix, Prime...). Very helpful and pleasant host. Parking spot is paid additionaly, but it's very useful and important to have in this part of the city.
