Loved everything about my stay here. The staff were welcoming and inviting. Location was prime, just a stone throw away from the bus stop to and from the Mother Teresa Aeroport. Transport connections and all shops/bars & restaurants on walking distance around most affluent area. So all in all it was an absolute pleasure to stay at Sar'Otel boutique hotel.

Staff were very helpful and super kind from the start to finish. Not only with us, with everyone. Location was great, close to everything. Room was very spacious, slippers were included, as well as toiletries in the bathroom. Kettle with tea and coffee. Buffet breakfast was also nice with some local food included. Even got a free transfer back to the airport, arranged by the hotel. Thanks so much!! Only can recommend them and would stay here again! 😊

It was an extraordinary experience from seamless check-in, spacious room with balcony, to top-notch facilities in the centre of the city attractions. The staff's warm hospitality and attention to detail, especially Gerando Dema, Elsa, and Eldi, was exceptional and made the whole experience memorable. It is the genuine service of staff like Eldi and Elsa that makes this place truly extraordinary. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants value for their money to stay at the Sar'Otel Boutique Hotel.

The location was amazing, just 2minutes from Scanderbeg Square. Breakfast was delicious! The room was clean with crisp sheets. I will stay again here when i travel to Tirana

The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great as it was in the center of Tirana and i had the opportunity to see so many things around.

Perfect location în the city center just outside of trafic noise. Really helpfull staff they gave as a lot of information and support us to print borer passes. Great coffee at breakfast.

This is a nice place to stay, good location very helpful staff. Did confuse us walking through the shower to get to the balcony. Breakfast was a bit limited and cold but would stay again.
