Staff at Rogner were all helpful from loaning me an umbrella to getting us an adapter, lovely lovely breakfast, all staff very attentive to whatever you need.

Helpful friendly staff, great choice at breakfast buffet, good coffee, comfy beds, even though in roadside room not too noisy, lovely garden and pool. Indoor plant displays were good too. Good location within walking distance of most of the recommended places to visit.

It was an excellent breakfast, one of the best we ever had. The restaurant, in general, was amazing, especially the manager, who is conducting with competence and ability a very polite and helpful staff. This really was the main reason for the good rating. The beds were also comfortable, the staff from the main entrance was respectful, thoughtful and friendly.

Everything - probably one of the best hotels we stayed in during our stay in Albania. Superb breakfast, wonderful staff, good gym, great spa. Customer service is very well understood.

Location is good, pool is a plus, free towels for the pool, excellent breakfast with a lot of choice, nice staff, parking for the car. One of the best things is that the staff acts on people that leave their towel on a bed near the pool while not using it for hours. They just take it away so somebody else could use the bed. Really good. Compliments from my side!

We had a delightful stay. Situated in the middle of Tirana, the Rognor Hotel has a pleasant garden with a pool. The hotel rooms are tastefully furnished. Our room had a little balcony that looked out over the garden (photo). Our bed was amazingly comfortable. We slept better at the hotel than at home. The breakfast buffet is excellent.

¸Perfect hotel for business meetings within the walking distance from the city centre. The rooms were very nice and the staff is very friendly and willing to help.

I believe the rooms should be upgraded in terms of furniture ( old school furniture but not the good old )
