The best part about this hotel is Dennis, the owner/manager, who was absolutely wonderful. Happy to chat, provided great recommendations, and was more than happy to assist with arranging our late arrival to the hotel (due to flight rerouting) - Dennis has brilliant. The rest of the staff at the hotel were also fantastic - able to help with anything we asked (luggage storage, printing boarding passes, etc.). The rooms at the hotel are clean, comfortable, and functional, and the location is fantastic - just down a street leading to Skanderbeg Square, and a short walk from the airport bus stop. Breakfast was lovely - eggs cooked to order! Highly recommend Ramel Hotel!

Very nice small hotel, located close to the city centre, on a quiet street. The rooms were nicely decorated and very clean. Dennis is the kindest man, he gave us tips on what to do and see, and served us very good coffee every morning before our children decided to come down for breakfast. 😃The breakfast itself was made to order, with eggs of your choice, greens, sausages and more. We had asked for a bottle of Prosecco to be in our daughter’s room when we arrived, it was her birthday. When checking out, Dennis said it was on the house! Thanks again for a lovely stay, we will come back for sure!

Both location and service were wonderful. I travelled abroad alone for the first time, so this hotel and its staff are very valuable to me. They welcomed me very well in an unfamiliar country. Everyone was very friendly. I would like to thank the kind gentleman who welcomed me in the evening, the lady who took me to the breakfast room in the morning with a smiling face, and Mr Denisi who prepared me a wonderful breakfast every morning and at the same time gave me very good advice for sightseeing in the city. The hotel was reliable, clean and stylish. After having a nice breakfast in the morning, you can safely leave your belongings at the hotel and start your trip. The hotel room is cleaned every day. You can be sure that you will not have problems with the temperature of the room or the temperature of the water. The hotel is also very close to Skanderbeg Square and other attractions. You can easily reach many places by walking from your hotel without using the bus. In short, it will be a very nice choice for your holiday with its sweet hotel staff.

We loved our stay! The hotel is excellently located in the center, close to many attractions and bus stations. The breakfast was very good and always fresh. Our host, Denis, was very caring and attentive with us. He cooked delicious food and gave us great recommendations. He speaks fluently at least 3 languages: Albanian, Italian and English so the communication was great too. The beds were super comfortable. The reception is also 24x7.

Great place to stay, highly recommended! A lovely, small hotel with only 7 or 8 rooms. The staff all speak English and Italian. The hotel arranged an airport taxi for us for €20 and there's 24 hours reception. Walking distance to the city centre. Breakfast is across the street, and was fresh with the option of scrambled eggs or an omelette. We will definitely stay here again the next time we go back to Tirana.
