The location was very near the city centre, the breakfast had a variety of things you could get (I was so thrilled just by looking at it, every day some speciality), the staff was the best I’ve encountered so far! Everyone so kind and friendly, you could feel home. The welcoming, the guide, the punctuality, the warm conversations were the highlight of our stay! The room was very spatious and we had a big bottle of water as a welcoming with a very special line written in it (which i want to keep it as a secret😆). Definitely will come back again and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking for an unforgettable experience in Tirana!

Extremely welcoming staff! I often travel and have never had such a warm and loving service througout my stay. You feel they truly care from the hearth! The room was big, comfortable and clean. Good breakfast and great coffee from the bar. 10min walk from Blloku and 20min to the city centre. Also free parking available. Definitely recommend this hotel!

We stayed at the New W Hotel we were greeted by the owners Mr.Doni and his brother they were very helpful there is parking under the hotel and right away we felt like family they treated us to some Raki and a nice platter of olives and cheese the accommodation were excellent the rooms were very clean and comfortable and in the morning we had a delicious breakfast. If we return to Tirana this will be our Hotel great value for the money.

Amazing staff that made you feel incredibly welcome. My girlfriend was not feeling too well in the morning and they responded by providing us with a late check out option and brought tea up to the room. Amazing people.

The room was perfect, especially for the price. Good parking options. Really close to the centre, about 15 minutes of walking. In case that is too far you can order a cab at the reception. They help you with everything 24/7. The breakfast tastes really good and there is a lot of variation. The owners took their time to meet us and were really honest people. They mentioned this being their family business and you could see and notice the passion for the hotel. Thank you for the perfect stay Doni!

The staff was EXTREMELY welcoming, providing a truly warm and loving service. The hotel is located in a development zone, but don't lose heart -- its proximity to Tirana Park and even downtown Tirana easily compensates for this. The interior of the hotel, rooms included, is all new, shiny and clean, the breakfast is copious and you can even park your car under the building. Super value for money, highly recommended!

Everyone was really nice to us. All the staff were so kind, we very much liked the food from the Italian chef and the breakfast was super extended, best one from our trip! Location is so close to many interesting spots to visit. We liked the Tirana Park, pretty big and many nice bars / restaurants in it!
