Everything was amazing. The women who served at breakfast were very welcoming to the pool and the food. The food there is amazing! Everything was perfect!

Everything was amazing, room was clean , beds were comfortable,bathroom spacious, breakfast was the best , thoroughly enjoyed breakfast from all the other hotels during my entire trip in Albania

The staff are so good,two ladies stood out for me at the reception,Eli not sure of the name😀,they did help encourage my stay and made good suggestions as to places to visit also providing me good taxi company.Another excellent service is Valobia at the restaurant,such a happy lady and so good at her job👌.

Nice and compact but enough space to relax in and eat. Staff were all great and friendly. The whole hotel was well kept and clean which included my room.

It was an awesome experience for me and my partner from the hotel building and the awesome room and also the breakfast is amazing the best I ever had. The staffs are very polite and helpful and I would recommend this hotel to anyone any day and anytime. I will be coming back definitely, I couldn’t leave when my days were over but trust me I would be coming back to this hotel again. It’s exceeded my expectations and it’s great value for your money.

The Mercure hotel delivered an excellent service for my friends and I. My friends and I had travelled for a birthday celebration and whilst we had remembered to research almost everything, we needed some help on where to access the local transport links and they were of assistance. The pillows and bedding was clean and comfortable, the reception was easily accessible and the inclusive breakfast was everything and more. Would

Exceptional and excellent service by all staff, however a lady at the reception TEA and a lady in the restaurant Andriana were more outstanding. Very friendly and always went an extra mile to help. The hotel is very clean and smart.
