Dear General Manager, During our 5 night stay we had the pleasure of experiencing a consistently excellent level of service from your concierge, driver-tour, room cleaning and restaurant-breakfast room staff. Clearly evident is that these staff are extremely well trained, courteous and respectfully professional. In particular, our well appointed room was kept spotlessly clean - the attention to detail and thoughtfulness of Jetmira exceptional and very much appreciated by us. Claude (apology for the incorrect spelling), our driver-tour guide to Berat & Durres and transfer the airport, is an excellent safe driver who provided interesting-informative facts in a personable manner. Also, Klodian our waiter in your restaurant made the dining experience on both occasions even more special. Please pass on our gratitude and heartfelt thanks to those staff members. The location was great next to Toptani Mall and other famous architectures. The breakfast was also good and the staff was really helpful and friendly. There is an undeground Casino and free parking for the residents. Even Ricky Martin was staying at the hotel during our stay !

Staff and rooms were great. Free upgrade from standard room to a suite was much appreciated. Also we’d asked for no feathers pillows and bed covers in our two rooms and literally a few minutes after we’d arrived, the housekeeping manager came round to check. Very impressive. Great location and 5 minute walk from Skanderbeg Square and other tourist attractions. All parts of the hotel were very clean and in particular our rooms. Prices were very reason Suripean standards.

Excellent spa facilities. Rooms are very modern, nice and spacious. There's also a nice bar on the top floor providing good views of the city. Excellent location with shopping centre, main bus station and a 24 hour shop nearby.

It's always a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. The service is truly 5-star, offering the best value for the price. The rooms are beautiful, and the view over Tirana is stunning. The location is perfect, and the staff are attentive and friendly. I always love coming back to this hotel whenever I'm in Tirana.

The room was an amazing size, right in the centre of the city and super convenient. The view from my room was amazing. I do think the price is quite steep comparing to other hotels in Tirana.
