The stuff was very friendly and let me to do late check out without extra charge. Which was really nice of them as my flight was late night . Plus the location of the hotel is amazing. Love everything about it . Definitely if I come back to Albania I will stay at this hotel

Location was perfect for exploring the city. WONDERFUL breakfast and comfortable beds. Outdoor pool was gorgeous. Staff great. Massage was wonderful and good value for money

Really nice hotel - big rooms and huge comfy beds. Good breakfast and free bottled water put in the rooms everyday. Short walk into town centre with bars, restaurants etc. Would recommend!

A gem of a hotel. Full range of facilities, restaurant, bar, gym, pool. Friendly service too. They're still working on the building, so prices may increase when they finish. Visit now for good value for a top hotel.

Very comfortable bed (junior suite), great food in restaurant (breakfast was OK), helpful staff (helped with luggage and car), very central location yet quiet. Great pool and gym.

Breakfast was great. I read a lot of reviews about there no being enough food or it running out but in the three mornings we were there we did not see this at all, it was full and delicious. Love this hotel, the pool is perfect.

The pool was quite large and the water was pleasant . However, there are scaffolding all over the hotel. Luckily there weren't anyone working during my stay. If and when there are workers it will be a disaster. The room was at Club Room floor. There is a club room that serves for nothing. I never quite understood the reason of it. There is a person there all day long doing absolutely nothing. It is a mystery. The gym is well equipped and there is an indoor pool, not as warm as the one outside. There is also a sauna in the locker room. The odd thing is when you are changing in the men's locker room, a female that works at the gym walks in as it were the women's locker room????? I am wondering if a male attendant walks into the women's locker room.... what would happen? With so many women suing men forVerbal, visual, and physical harassment, would be wise for the hotel to segregate genders. Imagine if she alleged say that there was sexual harassment in the locker room??????? would be her word against mine.... and lately, women has won most case in court... ask Danny Alves.
