Friendly, polite and serviceminded staff. Good breakfast. Good location in Tirana city. 24h reception and check in is possible anytime. Near the buss terminal and easy access to airport. Comfortable beds.

Very clean. Very quiet. We slept very well. Staff spoke good English and were very helpful and friendly. It's worth mentioning that the hotel is linked with a plastic surgery clinic, so there are plenty of people wandering around in bandages!

The room was stylish, comfortable and clean. Staff was amazingly warm and kind. The bus stop was just outside the hotel.

Decent hotel rooms for the price, the staff is helpful. Got lost to find the property as the pin on google maps takes you to another location (back of the hotel where our car got stuck as there was no space to make a i turn). The breakfast was below expectations and although they show photos of their rooftop, it was undergoing some renovations when we stayed there. My understanding was the breakfast would be served at the rooftop however it was on the ground floor and didn’t have as good options as shown in the pics.

Room was very clean and staff were helpful. Room had air-conditioning and a fridge. The price of food and drinks at the hotel was reasonable.

The room was really spacious and everything was clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice small breakfast. A great option if you are going to the bus station, just 5 minutes walking.
