The staff were very friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was modern and clean and there was a smart TV so we were able to watch shows on Disney+. There was no lift available but the staff offered to help with our bags.

Basic but nice breakfast. Extremely central location. Really helpful staff. Great value, and room had everything you needed. If you want a good value hotel, right in the centre of Tirana, you won't go wrong.

Lovely staff, hotel in great central location. Clean room, comfortable bed. Stayed in room 103 on ground floor. Breakfast was a small buffet but perfectly adequate Staff friendly and keen to help with anything, offer to book taxis, recommend places to visit etc

Narilena, the receptionist, was very friendly and helpful. She was the only friendly staff I encountered. And the stay wasn't bad.

Beautiful hotel and the rooms were so big and well decorated. Loved the vibe here and would definitely recommend for a stay in Tirana!
