The rooms, staff and the breakfast were ok but not amazing. The hotel seemed generally clean. The location is great.

Excellent staff ( especially the receptionist ladies, Xhovana and Sidorela)! Excellent location! The price is very good. Breakfast is with fresh-made products and a variety of assortments. The rooms were clean but still dusty, as they were running restructurings/reconstructions on any floor.

The hotel is very centrally located, close to many shops, restaurants an the city centre. The staff were nice and ready to amend mistakes.
