Mira is the heart and gem of Emerald hotel. She is very helpful and genuienly kind. She is very service oriented. I was a bit ill during my stay there and she took good care of me like I was a family member. Thank you so much Mira. Friendly and service minded staff specially Jona and Jonel? I even met the owner who is from Italy and she is such a lovely and friendly lady. Just outside the hotel is a bus stops where busses comes every 5-10 minutes and only cost 40 cent euro. It is only 5 minuets to the center where you can see all the tourist attractions and the fanous Skanderberg Plaza. Also outside the hotel are restaurants, pharmacy and groceries so the location is really perfect! Room is nice and clean. Good breakfast.

Location was useful as we could walk to the universtiy but also take a number 11 bus back and also to the center (40 lek price, every 10 minutes!), staff is great, and friendly, nice breakfast
