Nice, clean, new apartment located on quiet street, near to city center with delicous breakfast and friendly owners. You find there everything you need for your stay, comfortable beds, quiet place for sleeping, good food and coffee, parking is in front of the house. Sightseeings, groceries, coffe bars and restaurants are just a few minutes walking.

To start with, the staff was really welcoming and kind. The room I stayed at was super clean and organized. Not far from the city centre, the location allows you to reach main points of interest by walking. Would recommend it to everyone, especially solo travelers.

We had a wonderful stay, Leslie has been amazing, she cooked us breakfast every day and she asked about dietary restrictions before, which has helped me a lot, since I have some intolerances. The room was clean, the service has been great and the conversations were even greater. We definitely recommend Condesa and if we get in Tirana again, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Wow, what can I say, it was such a perfect stay. The owners father took very good care of us, and the staff were all so lovely, helped us with taxis, advise on buses and listened to our requests for breakfast. We loved listening to their stories over breakfast and learning more about Albanian life and history. The rooms are beautifully set, there is no tv but we didnt mind at all as the wifi was great and we were hardly in the room. The location is great, just a short walk to skanderbeg square and there is a market close by and lots of restaurants too. Check in and out very easy as well, they let us keep our bags in the hotel while we were out before getting a taxi to the airport. I would definitely come back to stay again and will recommend to everyone!

The property is stunning, clean, beautiful, great view from the balcony The location is absolutely ideal, quick walk from center, nice area, well lit and felt comfortable for women at night The breakfast was amazing, coffee was to die for But the real stand out was the owner, incredible kindness and interest shown, he really made our trip, so kind and helpful and had great recommendations for things to do and restaurants to try Overall one of the best stays I've had, will definitely try to stay here again if I'm back in Tirana

It’s amazing and comfortable for a solo traveller. The owners and staff are very friendly, and always willing to make accommodations for you. The breakfast was amazing and customised to each person’s preferences. It’s also close to the city center, so made it easy for me to visit different attractions everyday.

The hosts were so lovely and friendly, and went out their way to give us recommendations on where to go and where to eat. We got to the apartment a little early but were allowed to store our bags before check in. The room was cosy and only about a 15 minute walk away from the main square. The breakfast was lovely and was cooked in front of me. Thank you so much for letting us stay, you were amazing!!

What a beautiful little gem in the middle of Tirana. I stayed with my girlfriend and two of our friends. We needed a place to sleep and store our luggage for one day, so we didn't stay for breakfast because of an early/night flight home. We wish we would could have stayed for longer! Staff was amazing and so nice. They helped us find places to eat, order taxi to the airport and even made drinks for us before we went to dinner. The house looks newly renovated and feels like that too. Most value for money we had in all of Albania!
