Beautifully presented property. Bed is huge and very comfortable! The kitchen has all the appliances you could need!! Lovely location with a sea view. Very friendly host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A very nice holiday home. The accommodation is stylishly decorated and also clean. The host is very nice and helpful. He helped us before arrival with the exact entrance to the cottage. The location is ideally central for trips to Tintagel, st Nectan's glen and other coastal towns. Eden project is an hour's drive away. The accommodation is very quiet with no traffic noise, planes or trains, and you are in Tintagel in a few minutes.

Superb cottage with every need catered for. Excellent shower and large bed too. Warm friendly welcome from the host and a lovely goodie basket on arrival. Top marks.

We had an excellent stay at Downrow Barn I couldn't find any fault as everything was perfect. This quaint cottage is lovely and cosy and perfectly located, only less than half hr away from the coastal path and Tintagel village centre. The host, Trevor, was friendly and helpful. The cottage and everything in it look really new and it was very well equipped with utensils, games, books, sky box, and anything you can think of. The yummy cream tea with local jam and goody basket that awaits us on arrival was a really lovely touch.
