After a very long day of travelling, we were greeted with a friendly face, helpful staff. The room was lovely and clean as was the rest of the hotel.

Proximity to the motorway Shower room with separate toilet. Fridge and Safe available in the room. Excellent staff at reception who fixed a problem in the room that should have been fixed by a maintenance person.

Our family of four recently stayed at Novotel Reims Tinqueux on our way back to the UK from a ski trip, and we had a great experience. The hotel’s location was perfect for our journey, allowing us to travel from Reims to Calais on a single charge. The on-site Tesla charging points were incredibly convenient and made our travel planning much smoother. We arrived in the early evening, and the check-in process was seamless. The staff were exceptionally polite, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel at ease right away. We decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, and it was an excellent choice. The food was top-notch – I would highly recommend the filet steak for any meat lovers out there. The quality and preparation exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, Novotel Reims Tinqueux was the perfect stopover, and we would definitely stay here again. It’s a great option for families, EV travelers, and anyone looking for convenience, quality service, and a delicious meal.
