Very flexible and helpful about check-in arrangements. Reception is not open 24hrs. I was delayed crossing the channel and emailed the hotel about 3hrs before I would arrive and they put the key in a lock-safe and gave me the code to collect it. Great service.

The ease of the location. The manager spoke English and was excellent in his customer service. Very efficient and friendly. Well done to him. Great service overall. Always stop with you on the way to the Savoie.

I thought the room was good for the price of our stay the only issue was the bathroom smelling as if there was a leaking pipe from the toilet or shower.

Very functional, excellent comms and easy late check in. Everything is functional rather than aesthetic but it’s clean, tidy, warm and secure. Good free parking and great price. This was a one night stopover. Rooms are cramped but it was a stopover so not a problem. breakfast is very basic but fresh.

Room was basic but clean. The price was very good. There was a great restaurant / buffet close by. Was just what we needed for our trip. Parking on site. Will stay again.

We arrived in the early hours after midnight. The concierge team were amazing and left us with a code to enter the hotel door. The accommodation for 4 persons was simple but comfortable and clean. Breakfast was not bad at all. The location was perfect for our purpose to break our journey onwards to UK.
