The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and accomodating and professional. The cleaning staff really went the extra mile and any small requests or issues were raised and resolved completely very quickly.

Great location opposite the park where the festival was taking place. Good size sitting area with sofa, table and chairs and kitchenette. King size bed was extremely comfortable so we slept well. Bathroom had a great shower. Everything was squeaky clean. The motel is on the main road but quiet at night. Guest laundry available, 10 dollars for wash and dry including detergent. Would recommend this place.

Excellent facilities and having air-con helped to keep the room comfortable. The location is great and within walking distance to Caroline Bay and the town centre and close to supermarkets.

Facilities were lovely & clean. The towels were so soft & smelt so fresh. Hosts were very friendly. Absolutely recommend this motel. If we ever come through Timaru again we will definitely stay here again.
