The location, staff and hotel were all exceptional. As soon as we arrived, we were treated like royality and made us feel incredibly welcome. The Vines restaurant in particular, were a stand out. The staff and food were exceptional My partner told the hotel that it was my birthday and they arranged a card and some chocolate as a gift.

Amazing hotel and spa facilities. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Wide range of thermal facilities in a calming relaxing environment. Staff are amazing too

What more could you ask for plenty of stuff to do walks around local area only a short drive from Chester and 5 on site bars. We got room service which arrived hot and tasty all staff were really well presented and friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Couldn't recommend enough
