The property provides its own ecological electricity via solar panels, 24 hours a day. Telephone (charge applies) and internet (free of charge) are available via satellite connection for guests, but are subject to outside interference such as weather which may disrupt connection at times.Tikal park entry tickets can now be bought online, prior to arrival, with a credit card. Or on the same day of arrival, before 6 pm daily, with cash only.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Clean facilities with friendly, helpful staff at the front desk and in the restaurant. The hotel restaurant had good food prepared with much care. We stayed in a king bed room which had plenty of space for 2 people. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to get the most out of being in Tik'al. We stayed for two days and were able to easily explore the site multiple times. We would stay here again if we return to Tik'al.

Location is great. Right in middle of the park. Bed was big and comfy. Room was big and spacious. Bug screens on the windows. Staff were nice. Food was decent if a little pricey.. We got a sunrise tour through the Inn and it turned out to be just the two of us so was essentially a private tour - Yonathan was excellent. Nice to be able to go back to bed for a few hours before venturing out again. I can't imagine doing a whole day tour from Flores.

Location is inside the park. We had wild turkeys and coati’s roam arround the hotel. The bed was big and comfy. It was clean

The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Best of all the staff were so friendly and helpful Arranged excellent tours for us, explained everything we needed to do, pointed out wildlife and generally worked really hard to ensure we had a great experience

The rooms are located around a nice garden. They are big, nice and clean. There is also a good restaurant. They arranged a guide for the sun rise tour who was super!
