The hotel is well located, ski in ski out makes a huge difference, the team in the ski room were very kind and helpful. A few highlights JoJo works hard to adjust situations which the lack of service in the hotel causes, she has very good PR skills. Ines at the savoy specialities restaurant is very professional and pleasant, and Cloe is an outstanding masseuse.

Very friendly staff Lovely steam / sauna Ski in / out direct onto the slopes Recommend rental of ski equipment from the hotel . Just makes life simpler . Breakfast was using super fresh ingredients.

Loved the decor throughout.the reception was warm and it was lovely to be given a guided tour around the facilities so we all knew where everything was located. The ski/boot room staff were amazing - friendly, helpful and super polite. We had a great time in the bowling alley. Living moss wall accents in the bar and elegant flower arrangement in the lobby added to the classy atmosphere.

Cosy, comfortable, excellent staff who can’t do enough for you. Loved the ski concierge- that was a pleasant surprise. Delicious breakfast and Raclette. Pool area also lovely.

My child and I loved the bowling and games room, loved the French restaurant it had nice decor and predictably great fondue. We used the pool and steam room and rest beds every day and were all very well designed. Ski concierge was outstanding and they literally lay your skis out for you.
