I'm a returned customer to this hotel. Once again, they gave me free upgrade to family room and personalised hand written letter. Staff and owner, Mr Harun are very friendly and can converse in English. As a mother travelling with kid, they treat us nicely and we feel safe staying here. They always opened the door for you whenever they saw you entering their premise. On my last night here, they gave me strawberry platter with chocolate cake. Not only that, Mr Harun also gave me apple tea & turkish delight set as goodbye gift. Cafe on the rooftop terrace is opened 24/7 and drinks (tea&coffee) are available for free to the hotel guest. This hotel is just 3 minutes walking distance from Sultanahmet tram station. Would I return to this hotel again? Definitely. They deserve more than 10 points for their hospitality.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel early in the morning, staff carried our bags right from the airport transfer van, provide us some welcome drink and evil eye pins. Staff named Emre was really professional explaining about the hotel booking details. I was surprised when they said we can check in early without extra charge, enjoy the free breakfast and we got a free room upgrade to family room. Hand written welcome letter from the owner is a personal touch to this hotel. Not only the staff were really attentive, even the owner went extra miles by providing us a strawberry platter with chocolate cake for free and delivered it by himself. Breakfast spread was good and lots of choices, rooftop view of Hagia Sophia is worth enjoying. The rooftop terrace is open 24/7 for guest to enjoy the coffee. Travelling with kid with extra luggages can be a hassle, but they willing to help carry our luggages and literally I don't even struggle carrying my luggage here. Staff and the owner, Mr Harun can converse in English, so no language barrier. Hygiene kit were provided and the cologne smells nice. Because we are really happy with our stay, we cancelled another hotel reservation when we returned back to Istanbul and rebooked this hotel. Highly recommended to stay.

The hotel was lovely & ideally situated to explore Istanbul on foot. We had a wonderful stay because the staff were so friendly & made us feel very welcome.
