Check in, the room and check out; plus good shuttle to airport

The staff were super friendly and helpful with organising free shuttle bus to and from the airport, answering questions about the local attractions. The room was ready early and it was bigger than expected. Clean, comfortable, and warm. Loved the 24hour mini-grocery store as it came in handy when the restaurant was closed for CNY. Would definitely stay again!

The staff were absolutely amazing. Allowed us to check in early and organised transport to the airport. The hotel itself was lovely, really clean and very well presented. The beds were really soft and comfortable and the shower was very well needed after so much travelling we had done.

The room was great, friendly staff, nice hotel, food options in the hotel and walking distance. Shuttle was good, but hard to find at the airport.
