I absolutely loved the diligence of the staff. They were very caring and adapting and went out of their way to help and make our stay comfortable. I very much enjoy the rooms, the beds are incredibly comfortable and the street is quite quiet at night. The price is so manageable. Anytime I'm stuck in the city for whatever reason, weather, vehicle problems... it is my go to place to stay. I feel very safe there. It has all angle surveillance. My room smelled very clean and I love the effort in presentation of the towels

easy access, fantastic staff. i called that i was arriving after 11pm, the front desk closing time, someone made sure i got into my room without hassle. quiet enviroment.

TV, microwave, mini fridge all work. The small table and chairs are good to have.

I have to say that my experience at the relax motel was awesome! The gentleman who checked me in was so friendly! The room was much nicer than I was expecting, and very large. The hotel doesn't have AC currently, but 2 fans were provided which I put in front of the windows in the room, and that worked perfectly. I would 100% stay here again :)

Location was great for passing through, parking was great, and the fact that it had a little kitchen was terrific.

It was clean, everything worked, the bed was comfortable. Check in and out were easy.

The staff was friendly, the size of the room was good, wifi was good, hot water for showers, bed was fairly comfortable. Clean towels and told where extra supplies were if needed. Loved they had Tim Hortons across the street.
