We were positively surprised by the friendly helpful staff. All the stay was perfect from the beginning to the end. The place is very calm and the view wonderful. Lovely garden. Even rainy moments were pleasant in such a place.

friendly and helpful staff, nice loaction overlooking the beach/see 180 degrees. sunset view from balcony. breakfast buffet with many options. nice garden in front of hotel to eat ar chill. pickup/dropoff from/to everywhere anytime possible. inhouse food is good as well and many alternative options would be in walking distance around the corner. like the bikini beach next door.

We had a good time for two nights at Reefedge. The rooms were nice and clean. The highlight was the view of our rooms from the top floor. The location was good not busy as the hotel was at the end of the tourist/bikini beach. Staff provided friendly service. They answered a lot of my questions before our arrival. The Assistant manager was helpful. The buggy driver drove us everywhere. We enjoyed walking along the beach in front of the hotel interacting with the locals. We enjoyed the bird called “Cookie” who wanted to keep walking with us despite the owner tried to persuade Cookie to go home. The dream beach and the sunset beach were very beautiful. We took a shark and stingray tour (us$ 44 each for 4 people) with the hotel. The tour boat went back near Male. We spotted two medium-sized sharks swim naturally and many fishes (no feeding). Then at the other spot, a lot of stingrays and fishes came for the food given by the guide. There were not many high-rise hotels on the beach at Thulusdhoo. So that was good.

Everything, specially the staff. The room was very clean, has a lot of space, coffee supplies, most beautiful view ever from de balcony, super comfortable. Food was delicious, breakfast buffet super nice, a lot of options and dinner as well.

We are beyond happy with our stay. The island itself is great but Reef Edge made our vacation special. Staff’s hospitality deserves 10 stars for sure.

Positively: - booking: I booked last minute and they were very reactive and helpful. - food: breakfast was great in terms of choice and organization - staff: the room boy (Arif I think) was also absolutely fantastic to communicate with and helpful, the restaurant-bar waiter was amazing and helpful. The manager would warmly welcome the guests and organize a drop and pick up for the sunset which is a clear bonus. He also gave all necessary guidelines for the island stay. He followed up on all my issues and even called me to give the updates. - place: the outside garden is beautiful, the hotel is closed to the lagoon for snorkeling and the bikini beach, the view requires to spend lot of time on the balcony - bonus: snorkeling set, bikes, washing machine (+10 points)
