No breakfast option but the room and location are great. Easy access into the National parks and not far from other food and drink facilities. Be sure to check out the "Humming Bird" feeders by reception, the colours of the wild birds is amazing.

This property is beautiful and the animals and visiting humming birds make it a bit more special. The rooms were a little dated, but clean and very comfortable. Three Rivers is so lovely just what we wanted.

Great location, friendly and knowledgeable staff, next to the river and hikes, close to Sequoia NP, and perfect for my family and friends. Our location on the property was quiet and safe. Parking is in front of the room so we didn't have far to walk. There are friendly animals on the premises and places to explore with the family. This motel is very family friendly.

We really liked the warm fires which were on when we arrived, it made the rooms feel very cosy on a cool autumn evening. The hummingbirds were gorgeous and the walk to the river was memorable.

A perfecf stay on the way to Sequoia national park. Tables and chairs on the porch. Free parking Very helpful and accomidating staff. Clean. Access to the river from the ranch.
