The staff were lovely and I enjoyed my stay overall. The hotel is really close to the town centre and the overnight parking (if you can get a spot in carpark 1). The room had a nice new bathroom but the shower water did seem to go everywhere a bit - not much of an issue when we were only staying the night but I imagine it could get annoying if you were staying longer.

Lovely chalet-style building and friendly personal greeting at reception. Room was very clean if a little worn in places. Excellent new bathroom. Location was great, an easy and simple place to stay a night or two.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. We received great information to help us on our walk up to the Kosciusko summit and enjoy the town. The associated Mexican restaurant food was delicious. The location is perfect. A wallaby and her joey came to eat grass outside our window each evening which was lovely.

The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. The convenient bar and restaurant was very welcome. The bed was big and comfortable and the room sizes were great.

The bed was super comfy, the staff were so friendly, and the location was perfect (right next to the village). Also, the staff allowed us to do a late check-out on our last day, which made our last day of skiing super enjoyable. My son loved a giant snowman, too!
