Location and cleanliness. Staff member on front desk was friendly and helpful. The mini bar was stocked and the bathroom small but good. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

The room had luxury touches: thick carpet, fun fake log fire, lovely bed, very good bathroom, comfy velvet lounge chairs and footstool. We got a free upgrade to a room with a beautiful mountain view. The staff were friendly from when we first booked. It was very quiet and smelt good.
