The Volcano Huts Thorsmork is in a remote location, only accessible by hiking or special buses during 1 May to 30 September.During winter from 1 October to 30 April, transportation by super jeep is required and guests can be picked up from Seljalandsfoss waterfall or Reykjavik. There is a car park at the Seljalandsfoss pick-up point.After booking, please contact the property via e-mail for directions and additional arrival details.Although all rates are quoted in EUR, please note that charges will be made in ISK according to the exchange rate on the day that the charge is made.Bed linen, duvets, pillows and towels are not included. You can rent them on site or bring your own. Please note that the former items are included when booking a room package.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Amazing location with beautiful walks on your doorstep. I told the kitchen I was vegan and they made the most beautiful chilli and salad (better than most restaurant food I had in Iceland). Hot pools, sauna and outdoor showers were an added bonus. The staff at reception were super friendly and gave us great advice/recommendations on local walks.

Warm showers, clean and comfy bed. Felt incredibly luxurious after several nights in tents. The food and accommodation is great. A really good playlist (which we luckily got a link to!). The sauna was a lovely treat!

If you like to be in the nature surrounding by mountains and in peace this is the perfect place. Well organised place with nice huts and camping.
