With Ibis you know what you get for the price you pay. No surprises. Ibis Thornleigh is all about their staff though who could be employed by much higher standard hotels. The staff are absolutely excellent - professional, attentive and nothing is too much trouble.

The room was clean and very comfortable as well as being good value for money.Being on the ground floor was a plus. Staff were very helpful and the location great for stopping at before heading down the coast the next day.
