The personal in hotel is amazing and always willing to help. The room are big the facilities is good but water pressure is low. It close to the pier and the hotel provide free taxi service that is great . Pool is nice too.

location is very near to thong sala pier also room were very spacious, staff were great except they didn't help for reimbursing money when we complaint about room AC was not working

Short walk to pool beach and town. Beautiful garden setting Wifi was good, so youtube and Netflix [our account] had few stops. Very friendly Burmese maids. Good firm bed. Small dressing area handy. Beach and pool nice. Sufficient comfy chaise longue at pool. Free ride to ferry pier hourly.

I like that we were able to check in a little bit earlier than we should according to property policy. Another great benefit was, that you can rent a bike just in the hotel and they give you a ride for free to the port in certain times during that day.
