Everything. Really good room and facilities, less than 5 minutes' walk from my 5am ferry check-in at the pier. I particularly appreciated the clear communication, the exceptionally comfortable pillow and super-smooth bed linen, the good lighting, the efficient air-con, the good hot shower, the cleanliness, the proximity of food outlets and other facilities, and last but not least the calm, quietly-spoken man who welcomed me by name on arrival. 😊 The price was really great for the convenience of the location and quality of room.

Location, it's perfect, especially if you need to catch an early morning ferry, the place is literally minutes from the pier. It's clean, the bed is comfortable, the AC works fine.

We stayed here as only couple of minutes walk to peir, we were in a twin room and the beds the best we had had in months they were super comfortable. Great mattresses which in Thailand we have found budget accommodation usually have hard beds. We had a great sleep

I loved this place! Only downside there is no filtered water to refill your bottles. Only new plastic bottles which is a bit of a shame as filtered water works just as well and saves a lot of plastic... The rest all fine! Good clean rooms, workspace, snacks included, common livingroom and wonderfull host.

The room was spacious and clean. There was even a mini fridge which was nice. The location in relation to the port is also very good. There are lots of restaurants, bars and places to rent motor bikes around.

The property is located near to the pier and night market. Bed is comfortable, climatisation (air conditioning) worked very well.

The Inn is very close to the pier and Pantip market but also very close to loud bars. For me this was no surprise since it was already mentioned in the description but still people should really know that it is not at all a place to chill ;) For one night, incl. ear plugs, it was perfect. The beds are super comfy and everything was very clean!

The bed was the most comfortable bed we have slept in during our travels. The room was a good size. There was sound proofing over the windows as the street below gets busy at night. Although it wasn't perfect, we slept great with this soundproofing in place. The location was also very good. Right next to the pier so it was an easy walk from our ferry. It is also near plenty of restaurants, 7-11s and was a short walk from lotus.
