Had a wonderful time at the Ritz-Carlton in Koh Samui. My wife and I were greeted with the utmost hospitality and enthusiasm from Erika at the reception. She also gave us our personal phone number and we could text her anytime for buggy service and within 5-10 minutes she would be there. Had dinner at Pak Thai restaurant which was exceptional. Our waitress Ally was so kind and helpful. All in all a great experience. Not to mention the room, which was beautiful, very clean and big. Had a beautiful sea view from the balcony even though we did not necessarily book a sea view room.

Beautiful hotel with perfect rooms and surroundings, excellent and varied breakfast, the choice of everything is great. Very friendly staff who help with any question and make staying in this hotel really comfortable. I would like to mention the beach that belongs to the hotel, it is made just fine, incredibly clean shore and sand.

The hotel is truly beautiful, and there are several aspects that I really appreciated: • The room was spacious and beautifully designed. • The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. • The breakfast was highly diverse, offering something for everyone, catering to different tastes and preferences. • The location of the hotel was excellent, making it easy to enjoy the surroundings.

Where to bloody start. It was a paradise. The staff couldn’t do more and there was no task too big for them. The room and facilities were very clean and well kept.

The dining options are great and the rooms are spacious and beautiful. Lots of nice touches when you check in. I had a 3 hour spa experience that was exceptional

The resort is very large and the private villa are qualitative. There is several restaurant, a large swimming pool and a private beach. The spa facilities is a huge bonus. The breakfast is specially great

One of the best resorts I have stayed so far; Ritz Samui is located on a quiet small hill with a beautiful private beach, it is not too far from the local towns, probably 10-15 mins by taxi; our room is spacious and comfortable, services at Ritz remain high level everywhere; the staff are super friendly and helpful, which made our stay very pleasant; what I really appreciate is the privacy Ritz Samui offer. We booked early so we had a very good rate for our room. Highly recommended and will definitely come back.

Incredible experience- decided last minute to spend 4 days here for our honeymoon after a bad experience at another hotel and the Ritz completely turned it around. They made us feel very special, the service and staff are impeccable and personal. There are so many activities within the resort you don’t even need to leave, and the breakfast and tennis court were our highlights. Thank you for taking care of us!
