Bed Comfy, Room ok for the price but room was booked for upstairs when advertised as on ground floor. My husband is disabled so this wasn't a great thing and there were no available ground floor rooms on the first night so therefore he had to make his way up a very steep amount of stairs which really wasn't easy for him so that was disappointing. Also quite noisy at night with some drunken activity right outside our door with people banging loud on the door to get in early hours which was a bit scary but not the hotels fault, this can happen anywhere!

Didn't do breakfast as we had an early start but had dinner at the bistro which was acceptable and the room was lovely. Quiet, clean and comfortable.

Everyone was friendly from the lady who checked me in, through to the staff who delivered our meals. The location was perfect. The facilities from the Sports Bar to the dining areas and through to the casino were 1st class and very comfortable..
