Great location for the archaeological museum which itself was superb. The bed, bedding and room were excellent. We like a cup of tea first thing in the morning and we asked the friendly and helpful person on the desk for a kettle which appeared promptly.

EXTREMELY FRIENDLY STAFF: the owner helped us find a mechanic nearby for our rental car VERY CLEAN even tho not a fancy hotel, it was very clean and with a minifridge (bear in mind two stars hotels are not obliged to have one) NICE TERRACE: our room had a terrace with sunset views, both the room and the terrace were very big PERFECT LOCATION

Thiva is only 90 min drive from Athens airport so good place to stay on first night. Fairly basic hotel but comfortable. Paid parking next door (only 8 euros overnight) lots of restaurants nearby
