Everyone was really kind. And the manager of the hotel was extremely helpful and polite! Also a great touch was that they offer free coffee and other beverages all day long!

The reception is open 24/7 and the staff was very kind. It is near the city center and there is many options from here.

We ordered rooms without breakfast, but when we informed the staff that my daughter has celiac they immediately sent a list of restaurants where we could get glutenfree breakfast in the area. When we arrived their boiler had broken down so there was no hot water in the rooms. To compensate they gave us free breakfast AND went to the supermarket to get glutenfree bread & cereal. Great service !

Hotel located within Thionville city centre, just opposite the river making it a very nice location for sighseeing and enjoying a morning walk. There's plenty of public parking around the hotel, that even without hotel specific parking it was easy to find a spot. The staff spoke multiple languages making it for an easy check in and out The room was quiet, warm and of a decent size. We travelled with dog and there was no problem with him staying in the hotel. Two types of pillows were provided, softer and firmer, to choose for ones comfort.
