The perfect family run basecamp for your Albanian mountain adventures. The staff are incredibly friendly, the location is great and the homemade meals are a real treat.

Gjon and Drita were fantastic hosts and the guesthouse was both very comfortable and very homely. We’d 100% stay here again if we were back in Theth!

The location provided amazing views of the valley, accompanied by the wonderful hospitality of a family environment. Home cooked food and an intimate atmosphere during evening meals by a log fire, enabled guests to get to know one another and share experiences. Gjon was a fantastic source of knowledge and couldn't have been any more helpful regarding national park highlights..

Fantastic location with a great view of the mountains. Gjon, his family and the lovely dog Roki were so welcoming and friendly. We felt like we were part of the family and were so sad when we left!! Breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a good amount of choice. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Theth.

We LOVED the view from our balcony! It was insanely beautiful. The host family was also so nice and helped us with everything. Food from the family mother was also good. It was clean, gorgeous room. We would love to come back someday.

After conducting intensive research, I selected Valter & Drita’s Guesthouse, I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms and additional facilities. I highly recommend it! The secure and safe environment of this guesthouse will always have my heart. Evaluated as top rated in whole Theth area, it is well deserved. Absolutely liked everything about this facility, from delicious dining options prepared by Drita, to cozy rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded my expectations. Especially friendly hospitality of Gjon (John and his sister: - the son and daughter of owners),is pretty impressive and satisfying!
