The location is perfect, next to the port in the city center. There is a parking space nearby,lots of restaurants,shops etc.

The central location is a major advantage, and the bed was very comfortable. Additionally, having a coffee maker and capsules available was a nice touch.

We booked studio with balcony on Kalapothaki street. The room was in a very old building, not so clean, with cigarettes smell. We phoned the owner and send pictures. He was very understanding and helpful and he proposed another location, right away. This apartment, near the White Tower, was nice and clean. We appreciated the interaction with the host and the quality of the later accommodation.

The location is incredible, very coisy and clean apartments. It is quiet although the main street is at the back.

Apartment is clean, silent, and has great position to wander around the historical center. Hosts are very very kind and pleasant to communicate. We made this booking late in the very same evening of the stay because we had issues with different hotel that we planned to stay that night (that was dirty and gross), but luckily we were able to book Downtown Seaside Studios in the last moment, and we entered the freshly cleaned apartment in 15 minutes, even though it was late booking at around 10PM. What a relief!

Excellent, central location, 5 minutes from Aristotle Square and 10 minutes from the White Tower. For hot water you have to press the start button in the electricity panel. aspect mentioned by the owner.
