Very comfortable beds, clean, spacious room with a good heating. Close to the city center while at the same time not in the loud part of the city. Good breakfast with lots of variety food. Late check-out with a possibility to leave your stuff at the reception if you need. If there's no parking in front of the hotel, you can park in the nearby garage. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. We'll come back for sure. :)

Interesting old building. Rather big room with a comfortable bed. The location of the hotel - walking distance to the city center (15 - 20 min). Ability to park in front of the hotel. Good internet connection. Good breakfast.

I liked the breakfast very much. The hotel is situated in the center of the city. So you can walk through the city without using public transport. People are respectful and help if you need something. It is an ideal place for traveling with family.

The staff from the reception were exceptional, especially the lady during the day. Very responding and gentle. We asked for room change and they did the maximum to meet our request and gave us another room. Parking spot in front of the hotel. Breakfast was good.

I had to make a last minute switch following my booked accommodation being unavailable due to a serious water leak. I had stayed at the Tobacco Hotel a few years ago, so it was an obvious choice to see whether a room was available at very short notice. Everything worked out very well and despite a last minute booking I had a very nice room. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent.

We were 3 colleagues attending a scientific conference. We had 2 rooms facing the street, one the other side. The hotel is close to the city centre, yet on a quite busy street. The room was clean and reasonably spacious. The receptionist invited us for a couple of Ouzos at the arrival, which was very kind and we enjoyed it. Breakfast OK. Free parking, if you are lucky and find a spot (when arriving at night you better save the effort and use a garage, next day we found a spot in a nearby street which we then did not leave for the whole week) The hotel is OK, yet compared to other hotels we have been accommodated during this trip over the Balkans crossing almost all its countries we got better quality for less price elsewhere. But I understand that you also pay for the location, i.e. the proximity to the interesting things in the City.

The location is only a 15-20 minute walk from the centre of town which is great and the staff are super friendly and helpful.
