Lovely hotel with amazing rooms: spacious, great AC and WiFi, amenities etc. Food in the restaurant is good and all the staff are very friendly. Everything is as pictured.

We checked in pretty late around 9pm at night as we travelled to Thekkady from Munnar that day and spent time around Thekkady before checking in. I would like to commend the staff at the reception for being so warm and welcoming when we arrived. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we had to check out very early the next morning and did not have time to explore the hotel property. The staff were very accommodating despite the wee hours of the morning. The location is good and nearby to most attractions in Thekkady and we wished we had more time to spend at the hotel. We will definitely consider Wild Avenue if we visit Thekkady again.

Lovely, smart, clean and relatively affordable hotel (by UK standards). It's slightly removed from Tekkady, but i welcomed that personally. Was a short drive or a bit longer walk into town. Staff were great and accommodating. They had an issue with the Internet whilst we were there, seemingly not uncommon, and to be expected in rural India. It was a bit of an annoyance for planning our next few days in the region, but the management were very accommodating comped one of our meals in exchange. Internet access isn't the be all and end all given the beauty of Kerala, but they understood the occasional importance to travellers and that was appreciated.

This property is fantastic! Friendly staff, clean, modern and at a great price point too. The food was great in the restaurant and they also put the fire on outside at night with some music, which was a lovely touch.

Excellent customer service. There was issue with wifi connection and AC temperature. The internet issue was due to the area and it's common in thekaddy what i heard After i complained regarding my issue the staff apologised and refunded some amount promptly. They do care about the customer and their comfort Welcomed with nice drink and took care in every step

This is a lovely hotel, with good-sized, very clean and comfortable rooms. Rooms have a fridge and air-con. Balcony had a view towards the mountains. Staff are friendly and keen to help. Food is good with toast, cereals, eggs and pastries for breakfast if you prefer Western style food. Evening menu had varied choices. Small, clean swimming pool with towels provided. Laundry service was quick and reasonably priced.

Specious and clean room with balcony, and beautiful view. Breakfast is good. Staff is polite and helpful. One of the best one in Thekkady. Market area is about 750 meters away.
