I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the resort and couldn't be more impressed with everything it had to offer. The hospitality was outstanding—every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring my comfort. The service was top-notch, always prompt and professional, but with a personal touch that made it feel like I was staying with friends. The resort itself exudes a calm and peaceful nature that made it the perfect escape. The spacious room was a true highlight, with every comfort and luxury I could ask for. The balcony provided a breathtaking view, overlooking the lush forest trees, and it was the perfect spot to relax and take in the serenity. What really made the resort special was how it seemed to be nestled in the heart of nature. The entire property is surrounded by trees, creating a sense of being in the center of a tranquil forest, as if the resort itself is part of the woodland landscape. This peaceful setting made my stay incredibly rejuvenating.

A lovely hotel close to the Periyar Tiger reserve. Our room had beautiful views over a cardamom plantation with beautiful views. It was lovely to sit on the balcony and spot exotic birds and soak up the ambiance. The hotel offers complimentary cooking demonstrations - we had a wonderful demo of cooking typical Keralan food which we hope to be able to practice when we're home! They also offer a cultural programme with Indian dancing and a spa and good resturant is also on site. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

Restaurant ambience was good with lot of options in the buffet..staff was there always for us to check our needs from live counters..same with the dinner buffet

Wonderful hotel. Fantastic staff, great food. Nice touches - complimentary coffee & snacks at 4:30, and cooking demonstration at 6pm! As a Ceoliac the restaurant staff made me feel very safe.

Hotel puts on a lot of daily activities such as Complimentary tea and snacks,followed by cooking demonstrations,local dances and a campfire. The food here was all outstanding. Restaurant waiter(with the moustache), think his name was Manu, he was incredible served us for breakfast and dinner throughout our stay, he was so friendly and spoke great English. Customer relations manager Leita was very nice,always asking if our stay is comfortable and if there was anything else we needed. Room was absolutely gorgeous and had a lovely balcony,pool/spa was great also.

Wonderful property at the edge of periyar reserve. Beautiful mountain views and sounds of the whistling thrush greet you each morning. The spa massages were very good- relaxing and gentle. The view from the rooms are the highlight of the stay. Rooms are spacious and clean Mr Denny and his Jeep took us around to the periyar tours Jothy at reception was very friendly and accomodating
