The staff at Sterling Thekkady were amazing so helpful in every way. The beds were comfortable and the room size was generous. Each bedroom in the family suite had its own bathroom.

Although requiring updating, the rooms were very comfortable. Each bedroom has a seperate lounge, so there is lots of room. The swimming pool is wonderful. Hotel is very central and excellent staff. Thanks to Prasanth and Prakash in the restaurant.

When i checked in, the ladies at Reception were very welcoming, kind and offered up plenty of information about the hotel and the surrounding area. The rooms are more like a 1 bedroom apartment than a hotel suite, they are quite large and spacious. The rooftop pool was a delight, the surrounding views from up top were magical and having the pool to yourself was awesome during the day.
