Sea view. And Location . Private parking. Good internet connection. Near the center with all facilities.

The location is just perfect . it’s completely on the beach . From the bungalow itself you just open up the bungalow’s back gate and you are on the beach. There are a few small 3 star hotel on the right and a clubhouse with bar and daily water activities on the left and many other self catering bungalows in that same row. As a result this part of grand baie beach sea n sand is cleaned by them and is a bit more personal. It’s all just perfect . By car you reach easy from the main road of grand baie . A big supermarket is within 10 minutes walk or 3-4 minutes by car. The owner mr & mrs Damree/morabi has 6 of this 2 bedroom bungalows together .. 1 of them they don’t rent out as the owners live there. That’s another safety net for u to feel safe when u r there in a new place/country. U can rent the 5 together or just 1 or 2 or 3 or 4. Highly recommended for Christmas holidays family get together as its summer in Mauritius in December. The property rent for 1 bungalow for 1 night is cheap. Only problem is TOILET 🚽 BATHROOM . It needs SERIOUS ATTENTION to get even a 2/10 cleanliness rating from those coming from UK , renting via booking.com. I mean to say the bungalows r very clean as the maintenance lady cleans them to the maximum but the drainage system itself needs serious attention especially with foul smell . The set of 6 properties itself is separate but still attached to each other. From the back gates of all 6 properties you can just open the fences doors and all can meet at the back and all lead direct on the beautiful sandy beach. From the front all 6 bungalows have parking for 2 cars in front of each bungalow . The one that the owner has for themselves they have used a bit of their parking space to make a well conditioned room for housekeeping where the maintenance lady stays from 9-5 daily . She is always ready to help for any attention you need or anything that needs extra cleaning or extra bedding .
